head eastbound and across portions of the central plains. that's where we are seeing significant snowfall easel loifr a foot of snow expected across portions of nebraska and portions of ckansas. severe weather in the form of possible tornadoes as we head into tonight and thursday. portions of california we already have winter storm warnings across the plains in anticipation of the storm system. we can see storm as late as early morning. by tonight severe weather possible in the city of dallas and able lean and saint angelo otherwise by thursday the system will head eastbound and we are looking at possible severe weather in houston and shreveport. the system is headed eastbound and by thursday we could be looking at severe weather as well. otherwise between the snow and possible severe weather we are going to be seeing significant ice accumulation. there is an ice storm warning in effect across portions of northern arkansas where you could be looking at ice accumulation over a quarter of an inch trees come down power lines to come down as well that's something to keep in mind. ple

not across the san mateo bridge. san mateo bridge westbound and eastbound 92 coming on and off of the high-rise everything is pretty up to top speeds this morning, about 14 minutes is the drive time on westbound 92 heading out of hayward and towards foster city. eastbound traffic is moving justas well. 880, northbound 880 between 66 and fruitvale various lanes blocked this morning a little north of where our camera is if you are heading up towards downtown oakland. various lanes blocked. caltrains says they should have it picked up by 5:00 if it's not picked up already. in the meantime, dumbarton bridge that overnight roadwork continues here. westbound 84 should be wrapping up any minute. it's the eastbound lanes of 84 heading out of menlo park, that's scheduled to wrap up by about 6:00 this morning. just a heads up if you are heading that way, various lanes blocked. so we have just learned from muni that the powell mason cable car line is down due to the water main break at mason and filbert that's been causing the problems this morning. sorry they are shuttle busing instead. all
